Driving Directions
We’re conveniently located just off Rte. 128, and close to Rte. 1 and I-95.

Traveling South on Rte. 1
Take the Lowell St. exit toward Peabody Center. Follow Lowell St. two miles, then turn right onto Summit St., just before Rte. 128. At a bend in the road, Summit St. becomes Forest St. Pilgrim Rehab is the first building on your left.

Traveling North on Rte. 1
Driving on Rte. 1 North, about 1.25 miles past Rte. 128, take a right onto Forest St., immediately after the Bel Aire Diner. Pilgrim Rehab is two miles down Forest St. on your right, just past an entrance to Rte. 128.

Traveling South on Rte. 128
Take Exit 28, Forest St. As you come off the exit ramp, take an immediate left onto a short access road. At the end of the road, take a right onto Forest St. Pilgrim Rehab is on your right.

Traveling North on Rte. 128
Take Exit 28, Forest St./Centennial Dr. At the end of the ramp, take a left and go over Rte. 128. Take the first right onto a short access road. At the end of the road, take a right onto Forest St. Pilgrim Rehab is on your right.
