Who We Are Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 152-bed facility located right off Route 128, less than a mile from the Northshore Mall. We’re right across the street from the Salem Country Club in Peabody. And we’re just a few miles from Beverly, Salem, and Union hospitals, and Lahey Clinic.
We’ve been caring for people in the Peabody area since 1965, providing top-quality, personalized rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care in a warm, homelike setting.
We’re locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Peabody-area healthcare professionals. And we’re backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
Our Mission Pilgrim Rehab and Berkshire Healthcare share the same mission:
Mission Statement We are a not-for-profit, consumer-centered organization committed to fulfilling the health and residential needs of the population in the communities we serve.
Vision Statement Our exceptional customer experiences and clinical quality will cause residents, families, employees, providers, and community members to always prefer us.
Core Values Compassion, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship.
